Jocelyn (Joyce) Salvador Domingo, RCIC-IRB is a level 3 licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) authorized by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Licence No. R1056241.

As an immigrant herself, Joyce understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainties, and life-changing decisions involved in building a future in Canada. Having lived and worked in Canada for over a decade, she brings not only professional expertise but also personal experience to every client she serves.

Before immigrating to Canada, Joyce built her career as an Industrial Engineer in the Philippines. Through determination, careful planning, and the right immigration pathway, she successfully became a Canadian permanent resident and Citizen. She continues her career in Engineering in Canada until today. Her own immigration journey gave her valuable insight into the complexities of Canada's immigration system and the importance of making informed decisions throughout the process.

Her passion for immigration grew as she dedicated herself to studying Canada's ever-evolving immigration system. She spent years researching immigration policies and successfully guided family members and friends through their own journeys to Canada. Wanting to serve clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, she pursued formal education by completing the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She then successfully passed the CICC licensing examination to become a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

Today, Joyce is the proud Founder of GraceWay Canada Immigration Solutions, where she is committed to providing ethical, honest, and personalized immigration services. She is known for her attention to detail, resourcefulness, professionalism, and client-first approach.
